Call Of Duty Needs To Do More To Encourage Objective Play

This is a series-wide issue that is by no means limited to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, as it has been going on for years. Unfortunately, Call of Duty’s approach to camo challenges and several years’ worth of highlighting kill/death ratio statistics has made a large portion of the community selfish, ruining the fun for those that want to win. Hopefully, future Call of Duty games will finally shift the focus to reward gamers for teamwork and victories, getting objective players some much-needed help....

Calls For Subway Platform Barriers Grow As Nyc Transit Sees Most Assaults In 25 Years

Platform barrier doors have been commonly used in some subway systems worldwide including Japan and the U.K. to prevent people from falling onto the tracks, but the city’s Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) argued that it is not a feasible solution. “Platform doors are an idea that works in many places, but there are some special complexities in New York because of the age of our system, because of the location of structure, because it does interfere with ADA accessibility,” said MTA Acting Chair Janno Lieber during a press conference last week....

Cam Newton didn’t appreciate that. MORE: Manziel strains hamstring | Week 16 images | Scoreboard “I just think it was classless,” the Panthers quarterback told reporters after the game regarding the fans’ reaction to the injured player. “Anytime a person’s hurt, you don’t celebrate. Campaign 2008 The Gonzales Dilemma

On the other side of the aisle, Republican presidential candidates are a little more conflicted in airing their views. Their subdued comments may signal the difficulties the candidates are having in navigating their relationship with a beleaguered Bush administration in the run-up to primary season. Run toward Bush, and they risk appearing out of step with public opinion polls that show the country growing weary of its lame-duck president. Run away from him, and they risk alienating the GOP base....

Can Dominick Cruz Cause A Major Upset Against Henry Cejudo At Ufc 249

On the “Weighing In” Podcast, both Josh Thomson and Big John McCarthy opined that Cejudo will trump Cruz in athleticism and speed. He has superior wrestling credentials and even though Cruz has a game based around being elusive, at 35 years of age, he wouldn’t be as fast as Henry and is bound to get caught. Similarly, Dan Hardy gave Cejudo the edge in the fight, and so did Like Thomas and Brian Campbell in their show “Monday Morning Kombat”....

The Types of EVs That Can Tow An EV is just as sturdy as the gas-powered car next to it, with a model for almost every budget these days. Can Frank Lampard Actually Succeed As Chelsea Manager

Therefore the question should be asked: Is Lampard capable of succeeding as Chelsea manager? I believe, with the backing of the board and fans. One reason why I believe Lampard is the man to restore Chelsea to their former glories is that he has a brilliant connection with the youth. One of those players is the 20-year-old playmaker known as Mason Mount. Mount is an extremely talented player who has progressed through the Chelsea ranks....

To fight what security officials consider dangerous elements, the government has cracked down on groups believed to support terrorist activities. Anjem Choudary, 39, has been associated with two such organizations that have been outlawed. Can Joe Biden Get Back On Track Opinion

It’s hard to know what’s more surprising: that Biden didn’t anticipate the attack, or that he couldn’t defend his busing position, which historically has had wide support throughout the country, including among rank-and-file Democrats. Biden has issued yet another apology, but you get so many of those over the course of the campaign and the former Vice President has used up his mulligans. If he is going to survive and become the Democratic nominee, he’ll have to stop apologizing and defend his policy positions, even those that conflict with the views of his party’s noisy activist wing....
